What exactly am I paying for?
The VIP pass is a reservation, not the device. It locks in a discount off your WOWNNY for when orders open, and adds exclusive surprise add-on services. The device itself is billed separately once it goes on sale.

What do I get by reserving now?
A locked-in launch discount, plus exclusive surprise add-on services that are not part of the standard order. You'll be first in line for launch details, and you'll hear about the ship window before it's public.

Can I get my money back?
Refunds are handled under our refund policy — reach out and we'll work it through with you. If anything is wrong with your order, email service@deotaland.ai and we'll sort it out.

Is there still going to be a Kickstarter?
Yes — a Kickstarter campaign is still planned, and it will come later. Reserving here is the earliest way in, and it doesn't stop you from backing the campaign too. If you'd rather just wait for it, leave your email above and we'll tell you when it opens.

How much is shipping?
The VIP pass itself doesn't ship, so there's no shipping cost and no address to enter at checkout. When the device goes on sale, shipping is a flat rate per order set by destination — $4 to Mainland China and much of Southeast Asia, $7 to the United States, Canada and Australia, $10 to most of Europe, up to $22 for some regions. The exact amount is shown at checkout; see the shipping policy for the full country list.
